The firm
Discover the origins of SK Advocacia and its vision of legal advice across borders.
SK was founded when Jade joined the Brazilian Bar: a practice close to businesses that goes beyond resolving court disputes to support decisions, prevent risks and help businesses.

Business expansion into other countries created a need to consolidate knowledge of another legal system. Portugal became the next step.
Following Jade's admission to the Portuguese Bar, independent practice expanded to support businesses, individuals and families, including immigration projects.

The partnership with Dr. Nelson Pereira of Pereira, Pinto & Associados connected SK with a firm with over 20 years of practice in Lisbon.

After growing through referrals from satisfied clients, SK is preparing a more structured digital presence, also supported by the Lisbon partnership. Developing partnerships in France and Italy for immigration projects and expanding legal knowledge in Spain form part of this stage.
CEO · A career that crosses borders
The founder
The journey and personal perspective of SK’s founder.

I began my career as an intern at the Court of Justice of the State of Paraná, supporting judicial work, document preparation and case management.

I began my law degree, connecting practical court experience with the studies that would underpin my legal career.

At the Federation of Industries of the State of Paraná — FIEP, I gained insight into employment relationships and business needs, supporting employers' associations and collective bargaining.
I completed my law degree at Centro Universitário UniDomBosco in Curitiba, with a final dissertation in employment law. During my studies, I also took part in the community legal support service.

I was admitted to the Brazilian Bar — OAB/PR 83.142 — and began practising as a lawyer.
At Massignan Mansani, Pacheco & Advogados Associados, I advised businesses, handled employment disputes and reviewed contracts and internal policies.
Deciding to immigrate to Portugal gave me a personal understanding of the challenges of rebuilding life in another country. This marked the beginning of my connection with immigration practice.
Moving to Portugal opened a new chapter. In 2019, I began the master's programme in Business and Employment Law at ISCTE, researching employment law.

I was admitted to the Portuguese Bar — OA 62342L — expanding my practice between Brazil and Portugal and consolidating support for businesses, individuals and families in immigration and international mobility.
I began working as in-house legal counsel at Global Citizen Solutions in Lisbon, handling contracts, employment relationships, internal policies and legal support for management.
I began doctoral studies in Law, in the field of Business Legal Sciences, at the University of Lisbon.

At SK Advocacia, I developed business advice in employment matters, contracts and risk prevention, also handling disputes and supporting human resources teams.
