Information we receive and purposes
When you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, optional phone number, subject and message. We use this information to respond to your request, assess the support you seek and, where applicable, prepare a professional relationship. Avoid sending documents, health information, third-party data or other sensitive information in your first contact; we will agree on an appropriate channel when necessary.
Form submissions are processed in ActiveCampaign to manage contact details, source, interest and pre-engagement follow-up. The integration uses the site's Cloudflare server and forwards an administrative notification to SK. This request does not constitute consent to newsletters or campaigns. Do not submit documents or confidential legal information.
Legal bases and retention
Processing needed to respond to service requests may rely on pre-contractual steps you request. Other processing may arise from legal and professional obligations or the protection of rights. Where processing relies on consent, it will be requested for a specific purpose and may be withdrawn.
We retain correspondence for the period needed for the contact's purpose and applicable obligations. Professional files are subject to the relevant retention and confidentiality duties.
Providers and external services
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. The provider may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the website.
Email uses Titan. Calendly manages bookings; WhatsApp allows conversations to be started; YouTube links and videos lead to that service. These providers have their own rules for the processing they carry out. Embedded YouTube videos load only after you choose to play them. Videos hosted directly on the website are requested from the hosting provider.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area or Brazil. You can contact us for information about providers and the safeguards applicable to the processing of your data.
Cookies, analytics and payments
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure visits and page performance. According to the provider, the tool does not use analytics cookies. Form contents are not sent to this measurement service. This version has no Google Analytics or advertising cookies. See Cloudflare’s policy for information on technical processing.
This version has no active payment integration. If one is added, the policy will identify the provider and the data involved before it is used.
Rights and complaints
You can contact us to request information about the processing of your data and exercise applicable rights, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, where the relevant requirements are met. Requests will be assessed under applicable law and professional duties. We may request only the information necessary to confirm the identity of the requester.
You may also lodge a complaint with the competent authority, including the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados in Portugal or the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados in Brazil, depending on the processing concerned.
Changes
This policy will be reviewed if the website or associated services change. The published version will state the date of its latest update.
ActiveCampaign and optional visit tracking
If you accept tracking in Privacy preferences, ActiveCampaign may process visited pages, your IP address and cookies to associate visits with contacts it can identify. Anonymous visitors are not automatically identified individually. You may decline without losing access to the site or form and withdraw consent through Privacy preferences in the footer. Your choice is stored in your browser for 30 days. UTM parameters are stored for the session only when you accept this tracking.
SK uses ActiveCampaign to organise commercial contacts. This service may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. For information about providers and applicable safeguards, contact [email protected]. Form information is not used to provide automated legal answers.
